All DOT physical examiners at our Baton Rouge area clinics are certified on the FMCSA National Registry. Whether you need a CDL physical for a single driver or a full panel of regulatory exams for an entire crew, our team handles it efficiently. Our audiometric technicians, spirometry technicians, and fit test operators hold the certifications required by OSHA and NIOSH.
Our clinics and mobile medical units are equipped with digital X-ray, EKG, laboratory draw stations, and every piece of testing equipment needed to complete even the most comprehensive exam protocol so there is no need to send your employees to outside facilities. We also offer drug and alcohol testing and workplace injury care during the same visit.
We see individual walk-ins and large employer groups alike. Walk-ins are welcome at all locations for DOT physicals and most standard exams. Most results and medical certificates are issued same-day, and all results are delivered electronically to authorized employer contacts.

Imaging: Digital chest and extremity X-ray, 12-lead EKG, B-reader interpretation for silica and asbestos surveillance.
Laboratory: CBC, CMP, lipid panels, heavy metals, biological monitoring, TB testing (skin test and QuantiFERON), titers and immunity panels, and rapid point-of-care testing.
All records maintained in compliance with federal retention requirements including the 30-year retention mandated by many OSHA surveillance standards.

A standard DOT physical typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. Most drivers receive their medical card the same day.
Up to 24 months. Drivers with managed conditions such as medicated blood pressure, insulin-treated diabetes, or sleep apnea may receive a shorter validity period.
Walk-ins are welcome at all clinic locations. For groups or specialized exams beyond a standard DOT physical, we recommend calling ahead.
It varies by standard. Audiometric testing is annual. Respiratory fit testing is annual. Silica surveillance is every three years. Blood lead levels may be every two to six months. We track all of this for you.
Yes. Our mobile medical units are fully equipped for all physical exams and surveillance testing, including audiometry in a sound-treated booth, spirometry, fit testing, X-ray, and lab draws.
Yes. All exam and surveillance records are maintained in our electronic system in compliance with federal retention requirements. You can access records, compliance status, and reports at any time.
Yes. For silica and asbestos surveillance programs requiring ILO classification, we coordinate interpretation by a NIOSH-certified B-reader physician.
